Is childcare available?
Childcare is provided for children up to age 6. If you plan to use childcare, and it is your first time, we kindly ask that you register them in advance to help speed up the process. New Guest Childcare Registration
Is this service suitable for children under 6?
We recommend utilizing our childcare services for children ages six and under, as some of the sounds and visuals in the service may be intense or overwhelming for young children.
Is there handicap-accessible seating?
Handicap seating is available to ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees. Please see an Usher for assistance.
Will there be special effects during the service?
The service will include special effects lighting and water-based haze to enhance the experience. The haze is entirely safe and non-harmful.
What if I’m sensitive to lights or haze?
We recommend sitting in the balcony area.
Is there a cost or pre-registration for this event?
No, this is a free event for our community, and no pre-registration is required to attend. However, we encourage you to arrive early to find a seat, as space will fill quickly.

Will this event be live-streamed?
This event will not be live-streamed. Due to this service’s many audio and visual elements, we cannot accomplish the immersive experience in an online format.

Is childcare available?
It's my first time! Where do I go?
We’re so excited to welcome you! You can park in any of our parking lots and enter through the doors closest to you—our team will be there to greet you and help direct you. The Worship Center is located on the south side of the building (Entries K, L, and M).
Bringing kids? We recommend parking in the Kids First parking lot for easy access, which is located in the 44th Street entrance parking lot.

What can I expect during the service?
